A pure high for me is watching the gifts of sobriety com alive in others. For me, it was writing and poetry. Everyone has a gift that we were born with, yet never really used until we found sobriety.
The video below I created after hearing a very close friend sing a song. Yes, she is an alcoholic, seven years sober and is finding so many gifts that her Higher Power gave her.
It was a great experience to combine forces with another drunk and create our own work of art.
